of O'Donnell's, has
several years of culinary and administrative
experiences that include working at Zazou Cafe in
Mandeville, Dakota Restaurant in Covington and
Carter Plantation in Springfield. His wine
expertise adds to the dining
experience.
"We want to be
known for great food at a reasonable price with
excellent service," Sean says. "We are
creating a laid back friendly, hometown feel that
is not the traditional fine dining
atmosphere."
Chef Phil believes that
in addition to creating award winning recipes in
the kitchen, it is important to create
long-term relationships with his
customers.
"There is nothing
better than going out into the dining room and
knowing almost everyone at the tables," Phil
says. "Over the years, I have developed
friendships in the restaurant business that I have
had for years and every day I meet somebody new.
We want to be able to recognize people that come
in (to O'Donnell's) and do
special things for our customers."
In order to
ensure the ultimate dining experience for their
customers, Phil and Sean have assembled an
outstanding support team.
